Do you sometimes feel like you’re giving of yourself all the time? Sometimes we need a little bit of self-love! Listen to the podcast episode all about creating joy and finding self-love in your daily and seasonal life! 

Our bodies are superhuman and can tell us when something is off! Cam went through a season of really unhealthy, non-self-love times, and her body started to completely shut down and there was a warning sign that really set off this self-love movement for herself and now she’s inspiring others to get on a healthy self-love journey of their own! 

Kaley and Cam got to talk about self-love in the ways that Kaley as an Enneagram 4 and Cam as an Enneagram 3 give themselves the joy and self-love they need to continue throughout the day and week. 

At the end of our podcast episode and the bottom of this blog post, we challenge you to create a JOY list! A joy list is 10 or more things that bring you joy on a daily or seasonal basis. These can be little things like listening to music on the way to work or big things like traveling to new places. We write it down so we can remember and add to it quickly when we’re ready and need to add joy to our day. Below Kaley and Cam share their favorite things on their JOY lists! 

Kaley’s Joy List:

  • Daily — taking a walk, creating something new, and listening to groovy tunes (right now it’s jazz)
  • Seasonal — Traveling to a new place and getting away from it all for a bit

Cam’s Joy List:

  • Daily — Listening to Beyonce in the car as a concert on the way to work
  • Seasonal — Get a nice massage as relaxation
