What is a visual aid?
A visual aid is a way to communicate with your clients using visuals such as mood boards, renderings, design decks, or sketches. We believe it is vital for rental companies and creative businesses so that you can communicate with your clients their wants and needs.
Why visual aids?
Visual aids are important because it sets expectations for clients, helps our team execute vision + deliver expectations, cuts down on questions and time on site, and lastly, helps refine the design!
Quick tips for creating + mastering visual aids
- Practice, practice, practice! Create renderings whenever you can.
- Give yourself a time limit when sourcing inspiration images. It’s easy to go down a rabbit hole!
- Invest in software! We primarily use Adobe Photoshop, but Canva is another great software.
- Educate yourself on the software & get to know how to use the program.
